Biography:
I grew up in Rockland County, in Valley Cottage, New York. My undergraduate years were spent at Fairfield University, where I graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. After college, I attended medical school at New York Medical College and then completed my pediatric residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York.
In 2004 I moved back to Connecticut to join Stamford Pediatrics.
I have enjoyed teaching first year medical students from New York Medical College in the office as a way of giving back to my alma mater.
Particularly since two of my children have been diagnosed with various allergies, I have a special interest in the area of prevention and diagnosis of allergies. I am also particularly interested in nutrition and fitness.
I live in Ridgefield with my husband Matt and our children, Mason, Nolan, and Paige. I spend my time outside the office trying to keep up with my very energetic children and when I get some free time I enjoy yoga, Pilates, running, traveling, or curling up with a good book.
