We do participate with all commercial ConnectiCare Plans (purchased directly from ConnectiCare or thru an employer).
We do participate with ConnectiCare via (Access Health – Health Care Exchange) with the Exception of the “Passage” plan. We are NOTconsidered a participating provider with “Passage”Only. Please do notselect the “Passage”product as we will not be able to serve your family.
When you have a baby
Please remember to add your new baby to your health insurance policy as soon as possible. Each employer has different guidelines/timing for this. If you miss your employer’s timeline, you may have to wait until the next open enrollment period to add your baby. Please ask your employer or broker for the paperwork to get this taken care of. If you have further questions, you can call our billing department.
