Biography:
My life has been an adventure in moving East. I grew up in a large Greek family in Pittsburgh, PA. Next, I attended college at the University of Richmond in Richmond, VA, graduating summa cum laude with a BS in Biology. After college, Medical school took me to Drexel University in Philadelphia. The last stop on my Eastward travels was a Pediatric internship and residency at the Children's Hospital at Montefiore in the Bronx.
New York City has taken a hold of me, as I currently live in Manhattan. I will be joining the Metro North reverse commuting crowd traveling to Stamford each morning while my significant other finishes his residency at NYU. My outside interests include yoga, running in Central Park, exploring restaurants, reading and hiking in national parks.
My greatest passion in Pediatrics is mental health in adolescents. But, as with all Pediatricians, I love newborn visits! I am so excited to be joining Stamford Pediatric Associates and cannot wait to start building long-term relationships with my patients and their families.
